Vinification was carried out in conditioned cement tanks, followed by a refinement of 3 months, also in cement tanks, and then filling in the total absence of oxygen.
Well-balanced structure thanks to its freshness and savory, which help the long-lasting finish of this extremely pleasant Pecorino.

The 4-Venti-Collection Pecorino d’Abruzzo DOC of the Torri Cantine Winery sprouts from a 30-years old vine, at 290 mt above sea level with a splendid south-south-east exposure.
In the area of Anarcano and Controguerra, in the Province of Teramo is where the Pecorino grapes grow, with the Abruzzi Pergola training system. This 100% Pecorino-grapes wine is the result of a manual harvest and organic-certified agriculture.

A wine to be served chilled, at 6-8 degrees maximum, with aperitifs, hors d’oeuvres, seafood, vegetarian dishes, white meats, and fresh or medium-aged cheeses.
Let’s think of nice seafood, shellfish, dentex with saffron, a pumpkin Risotto, barbecued cockerel, or nice fresh ricotta with cherry tomatoes.
We are thinking of food preferably based on fish such as raw seafood or linguine allo scoglio, goat’s ricotta ravioli, cannelloni with mushrooms, but also a spit-roasted cockerel or grilled vegetables.
It gives wines of a pale straw yellow color, high acidity, with a fruity, fresh aroma and spicy notes.
Good structure. It can produce excellent still wines that can age well and sparkling wines of undoubted quality.
