It originates from one of the most suitable areas of Abruzzo for growing wine, from an old vineyard trained with the Tendon-system, at an ideal altitude to ensure a formidable thermal excursion and with a magnificent exposure.

Vinification is carried out in conditioned cement tanks, followed by a refinement of 3 months, also in cement tanks, and then filling in the total absence of oxygen.

Harvest
A Trebbiano d’Abruzzo DOC obtained from a strictly manual harvest in the first ten days of September, from certified organic agriculture, which ensures maximum respect for the surrounding environment.

Vinification

Grape variety characteristics

Vigorous vine with semi-erect vegetation and strong shoots with medium internodes that easily break at the base in the first vegetative phase. Adapts to different environments preferring hot-dry climates where it can give a good quality product; suffers from prolonged summer drought.

It gives a straw-yellow colored wine, with a light scent of flowers, slender in body, lively acidity, quite sapid, and good drinkability.
