Born in the renowned Terre di Chieti from a vine that is over thirty years old, grown in Tendone-system, in one of the most interesting areas in the wine-growing sector, characterized by an invaluable temperature range and a magnificent exposure.

The vinification is carried out in conditioned cement tanks, followed by a refinement of 2 months, also in cement tanks, and then filling in the total absence of oxygen.
A wine to be served chilled, at 6-8 degrees maximum, with aperitifs, hors d’oeuvres, seafood, vegetarian dishes, white meats, and fresh or medium-aged cheeses.
Pale straw yellow.
Yellow fruits: peach, apricot and citrus.
Dry, delicately warm and soft.
Harvest
A Passerina, obtained from a strictly manual harvest in the first ten days of September, from certified organic agriculture, which guarantees the utmost respect for the surrounding environment.
Vinification
The vinification is carried out in thermo-conditioned steel vats, followed by a refinement of 2 months, in cement tanks, and then proceeding to the filling of the bag in the total absence of oxygen.
A wine to be served chilled, at 6-8 degrees maximum, with aperitifs, hors d’oeuvres, seafood, vegetarian dishes, white meats, and fresh or medium-aged cheeses.
Vigorous vine with semi-erect vegetation that adapts to different pedoclimatic environments.
Not very sensitive to diseases and adversities in general. Resists cold spring weather thanks to medium-late budding.
It gives wines of a deep straw yellow color, with a dry, full flavor and good acidity, to be drunk young or after short aging.
