Harvest
Produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes and is the result of a strict manual harvest during the third and fourth week of August. Certified organic farming guarantees the utmost respect for the surrounding environment.

Vinification
The vinification process is carried out in conditioned cement tanks followed by an aging period, again in the cement tanks for no less than 3 months. After refinement, the bags are filled in the total absence of oxygen.
