It originates from one of the most suitable areas of Abruzzo for growing wine, from an old vineyard trained with the Tendon-system, at an ideal altitude to ensure a formidable thermal excursion and with a magnificent exposure.

A vinification performed in thermo-conditioned steel vats followed by a sparkling process using the Martinotti-Charmat method for at least 3 months in autoclaves, and then isobaric bottling and corking.

A quality sparkling wine made from Pecorino grapes, obtained from a strictly manual harvest in the first ten days of September, from certified organic agriculture, which guarantees the utmost respect for the surrounding environment.

The vinification is performed in thermo-conditioned steel vats followed by a sparkling process using the Martinotti-Charmat method for at least 3 months in autoclaves, and then isobaric bottling and corking.

A sparkling wine to be served cold, at 4-6 degrees maximum with aperitifs, appetizers, seafood, vegetarian dishes, meats, and cheeses.
