Elegant, pleasant, and fruity at the same time. Fine and intense, with soft tannins and an enveloping and persistent bouquet.
Straw yellow tending to golden.
Fruity notes of apricot, citrus, tropical pineapple, a herbaceous, lime.
Herbaceous vegetal notes with a long mineral finish.
Vendemmia
It originates from one of the most suitable areas of Abruzzo for growing wine, from an old vineyard trained with the Tendon-system, at an ideal altitude to ensure a formidable thermal excursion and with a magnificent exposure.
An extraordinary Pecorino obtained from a harvest in early September, strictly manual, of certified organic farming, which ensures maximum respect for the surrounding environment.
Vinification
The vinification was performed in thermo-conditioned steel vats followed by a 3-month refinement in cement tanks and then bottling in the total absence of oxygen.
A wine to be served cold, at a maximum of 6-8 degrees, with aperitifs, hors d’oeuvres, seafood, vegetarian dishes, white meats, and fresh or medium-aged cheeses.
We imagine it with swordfish carpaccio, chickpea and prawn soup, cannelloni with spinach, Milanese cutlet.
It gives wines of a pale straw yellow color, high acidity, with a fruity, fresh aroma and spicy notes.
Good structure. It can produce excellent still wines that can age well and sparkling wines of undoubted quality.
