The white vinification is carried out in thermo-conditioned steel vats, and after the necessary rest on the skins, follows a refinement of 3 months in cement vats, then proceeding to the filling of the bag in the total absence of oxygen.

Vino Bag in BoxA Cerasuolo obtained from a harvest in the second ten days of September, strictly manual, of certified organic agriculture, which ensures maximum respect for the surrounding environment.
Vinification
A white vinification is carried out in thermo-conditioned steel vats, and after the necessary rest on the skins, follows a refinement of 3 months in cement vats, then proceeding to the filling of the bag in the total absence of oxygen.
We can pair an infinite number of dishes with this wine, all we have to do is choose them, it just has to be served fairly cold, at a temperature of 8°-10° at the most.

It gives a wine of intense ruby red color, with a characteristic, vinous bouquet, dry, fruity, tannic, non-acidic, full-bodied, velvety, rightly alcoholic.
White vinification produces an excellent rosé wine, sapid, fruity, and very pleasant.
