Ca’Natura
Cerasuolo D’ABRUZZO

DOC Organic

It originates from one of the most suitable areas of Abruzzo for growing wine, from an old vineyard trained with the Tendon-system, at an ideal altitude to ensure a formidable thermal excursion and with a magnificent exposure.

A white vinification carried out exclusively in thermo-conditioned steel vats, and after the necessary rest on the skins, follows a maturation of 3 months, in cement vats, before bottling in the total absence of oxygen.

How to match
Ca’ Natura Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo DOC

Rosé wine generally has the extraordinary characteristic of being able to be paired with almost any food, and can certainly be sipped under any circumstances.

Served chilled, at 8°-10° maximum, with aperitifs, hors d’oeuvres, seafood, vegetarian dishes, white and red meats, fresh or medium-aged cheeses.

Imagine it with roast squid, cannelloni with spinach, maltagliati with sea bass and courgettes, ravioli with monkfish, fillet with pink pepper, or fresh ricotta with honey, and walnuts.
