Selection of the grapes harvested in middle October in a 30 old vineyard with optimal exposure and low yeld. The terroir gives the grapes the best thermal excursions that, together with organic techniques of cultivation, enhances the typical flavours of Merlot and Montepulciano grapes.
The wine is made exclusively in stainless steel tanks thermo-conditioned and it takes the skin maceration of Merlot and Montepulciano at low temperature: respectively 12 and 8 days. The wine conservation is made in stainless steel tanks thermo-conditioned at 2/4°.

Flavour: Fresh mineral and astringent with persistence and full bodied mouth.
