HARVEST
Manual selection of grapes lately harvested between October, the 05th and the 15th in a 30 old vineyards in Ancarano with optimal exposure and low yeld. The terroir gives the grapes the best thermal excursions that, together with organic techniques of cultivation, enhances the typical perfumes, persistence and body of Pecorino grapes.
WINE MAKING
The wine is made exclusively in stainless steel tanks thermo-conditioned and it takes the skin maceration at low temperature.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Rich yellow
Nose: White fruit and flowers
Flavour by Mouth: Full bodied, fruity and spicy, with a nice acidity and persistent fruitness. Great with ripened cheese, grilled fish and shellfish.
