HARVEST

Manual selection of grapes harvested in mid-September.
The terroir guarantees these vines optimal thermal excursion, together with organic techniques used in our company, giving this wine abundant floral scents as well as a strong reminder of the fruit.

WINE MAKING

The wine in made exclusively in stainless steel tanks thermo-conditioned at a temperature of 12°C.
The sparkling process consists in a Charmat method. After the inoculation with yeast, Bakàn continues its maturations in autoclave for 3 months and after which, it is bottled in an isobar environment.
